In recent years Tim has successfully managed significant wetland excavations as part of the Bord na Móna Peatlands Project (100 sites) and at Derryville Bog for Lisheen Mine (50 sites).

Fintan has, over the last 16 years in IAC, established himself as one of the leading field archaeologists and project managers in the Country. Fintan also has significant experience in the establishment and management of major post-excavation projects such as the M3 Clonee to Kells and the N6 Kilbeggan to Athlone. He has published in numerous volumes and lectured widely on his works.
